About Natalia Dylawerska
Hatha yoga teacher, sound healer, certified Gong Master and a MEM Gong Yoga kriya design scientist, Natalia studied sound healing and sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls at the Peter Hess Academy (Poland/Germany). She then learned the art of Gongs from Gong Master Don Conreaux and Gong muse Mojca Malek. Natalia has also studied MEM Gong Yoga of Holistic Resonance with Petra Trtnik and Tim Byford.
About MEM Gong Yoga
MEM= Muscles, Emotions, Meridians
MEM Gong Yoga is a combination of breathing exercises, body movement, intention and sound to release old patterns and emotions that reside on our bodies. After a series of body movements that activate specific muscles and meridians we lay down for a Gong bath.
MEM Gong Yoga focuses on 39 Muscles; each one of them linked to one of the 12 main Meridians and the emotions that they hold. By bringing in breath, movement, intention, sound and affirmations, we release stuck emotions, congested energy and old patterns stored in our bodies promoting health, well-being and inner peace.
MEM Gong Yoga is a yoga practice created by Gong Grandmaster and Kundalini Yoga Teacher Don Conreaux. He was one of the first students of Yogi Bhajan being introduced to the gong. It is yoga of self-responsibility to feel and focus and decide yourself the way to adapt it due to your needs. The exercises can be adapted to sitting, lying and standing positions. It is a yoga of creativity and oneness.

Arrival at Lake Skadar. Check-in to Villa Miela or Badanj Villa Rooms. At 17.00, join our sound healing expert, Natalia, for an outdoor gong bath on Villa Miela’s covered deck. Group dinner at 19.00 on Villa Miela’s terrace.
Monday – Saturday
Each of the following six days begins with a 1.5 hour gong yoga workshop at 08.30 on the deck, which is followed by a delicious healthy vegetarian brunch. We will return to the gong each day at 17.00 for an hour-long sound bath. In between, we are offering a selection of optional afternoon activities. The details and start times are listed below, along with the prices for each event. Group dinners are at 19:00.
Throughout the week Natalia is available to give 30 minute singing bowl massages for up to four people at €20pp.
11:30 – a silent hike to fully immerse in nature, including a visit to a waterfall hidden deep in the forest for wild bathing.
14:00 – 3 hour boat trip on Lake Skadar, taking in some lovely swimming spots and bird-watching areas.
No activities – a chance to relax, find a hammock, take a forest bath, read a book, enjoy the pool and focus on you time! Natalia is available to provide singing bowl massages.
13:00 – kayaking trip on Lake Skadar with BCU guide Ben. This short paddle from Virpazar to a nearby freshwater beach will take you past gorgeous lily pads and a former island prison! Paddling time is about 2 hours plus plenty of stops for wild swimming.
11:00-15.00 – a photo safari to the northern shores and a short hike to energising waterfalls.
No activities – a chance to relax and enjoy Villa Miela’s wonderful natural surroundings and facilities.
10:00 – Departure.
Price: £875 per person based on 1px in a shared double or twin room / £1,075 per person for solo occupancy of a double or twin room / £695 per person based on 4px in the bunk room.

VILLA MIELA and BADANJ VILLAGE HOUSE
Accommodation for our guests is spread over two beautifully renovated neighbouring farmhouses in the hill village of Zabes, close to Virpazar (a small fishing village which is the main tourist centre of Lake Skadar National Park).
Villa Miela is the retreat centre and it’s where we bring all our yoga guests together to enjoy the purpose-built ‘shala’ yoga/nature deck, group meals, panoramic views, the swimming pool, relaxing sun-loungers, fire pit and orchard gardens.

Exposed stone details and wooden ceilings and floors add to the charm, with locally produced, handmade bedspreads and bathroom soaps also handmade from olive oil. Stunning views are offered up by each bedroom and the open-plan living area.
